CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!!!!

Do you LOVE music? Do you LOVE Schroon Lake?? Do you LOVE making new friends??
Then here is your chance to support the arts on Schroon Lake, help volunteer for a great organization, make new friends and have some fun-- all at the same time. The Schroon Lake Arts Council will be having their Volunteer Kick-off Meeting on Friday, June 24 at 10:30 am in the Boathouse Theatre down near the boat launch overlooking our gorgeous lake. Come hear about all the various easy jobs that can help our summer concert series be a great success. We have needs for folks to put up posters all over town, help seat patrons at our concerts, help set up and "strike" the stage for our concerts, sell CDs for our artists, or simply pass our donation buckets to help raise money. Since all of our concerts are now FREE, we have no need for ticket sales anymore!! That said, raising money by donations will be a key to continuing to have FREE concerts. We have wonderful SCHROON LAKE LIVE!!! baseball caps that we will be giving away for a donation of $10!!! No need for experience on any of our volunteer jobs. We would love to meet you at our kick-off meeting on Friday , June 24 at 10:30 a.m. down at the Boathouse Theatre. Come say hello - and why not bring a friend???
